Card Holder by Capadia

A few days ago Capadia made the coolest card holder. Loved it. Curiously, she didn't make with with her Cricut. {*gasp!*} Whattayaknow, Linda came knocking on my door and asked me to make her a cricut version of the card holder.

Since I had already considered making it in the first place it wasn't much of an arm wrenching to get me to do it.

Once again the fabulous Fayrai tested the file for me and it turned out lovely!! Thanks Faye and thanks Diane aka "Capadia" for a terrific template. :o)

Check out Fayrai's card holder (and her beautiful grandbaby) here, on her blog.

Now... My friend Lois from the Cricut message board is in town visiting her friend and she called me. I'm off to meet her in person. :o) Yay me!

  68. Hi Jen - I love this idea of a box for gift cards. I have monogram cards that I make for gifts (usually wedding or bridal showers).

    http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d119/Doxieluv01/DSC_0009-4.jpg

(cut file courtesy of Capadia). That I would love to make a little gift box like you have on your blog to present them in. But was wondering if the box you made the right size for them? The card unfolded is 8 x 5 and folded is 4 x 5 with a matching envelope (size not sure about it's missing at the moment).

Would this box work for these cards? You're help is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!!!!
